Tony
Robles has established a reputation for being one of the
strongest competitors in the northeastern U.S. He was player
of the year on the Tri-State tour an unprecedented 4 years in
a row, from 1991-1994. He was also the Ocean State Champion in
1993, 1995-1996. Tony has been a Pro Billiards
Tour and Camel Pro Billiard Series touring pro since 1996,
with the high finish of his career up to that time; 3rd place coming
in 1996 at the Southern 9-ball Championships in New Orleans.
1996 was a very good year for Tony, with a year end ranking a
very impressive 12th place, and the birth of his first son.
Tony finished 1997 in 14th place, and 1998 in 25th place, as well as
being voted 1998 "Sportsmen of the Year" for the Camel Pro
Billiard Series, and in 2002 was awarded UPA Tour Sportsmen of the
Year. Tony is a member of "Team Puerto Rico," and is
also a member of "Team USA" and in Las Vegas in December
of 2003 brought the Mosconi Cup back home to the USA. When
Tony is not traveling the world playing in professional tournaments,
he resides in Brooklyn, NY with his son. Tony is also
"player representative" at Amsterdam Billiards Club East,
and is one of the best instructors in the world today. If you
